At every regional event, dancers (grades 11 & 12 only) can audition in a Prodigy of the Year class for the chance to be selected for our distinguished national experience.
Chosen dancers will:
• Perform in the Prodigy of the Year Closing Number at Nationals—a full production moment in front of recruiters.
• Receive video tutorials after regionals to learn the finale choreography.
• Submit a one-page written prompt prior to Nationals.
• Be eligible to win The Prodigy of the Year Scholarship.
It’s discipline, visibility, and artistry wrapped into one extraordinary honor.
